These starter service terms explain pricing, support, cancellation and refunds. Confirm your written order before making a payment.
What you are subscribing to
Shopkeeper helps you manage a product-based shop. Your order should identify the owner, staff accounts and agreed services. Live, Pilot and upcoming features keep their published availability labels; upcoming features are not included as delivered functionality.
Price and renewal
The base subscription is ৳499/month, including one owner. Each staff member adds ৳100/month. The annual base offer is ৳4,500 for 12 months; staff are charged for all 12 months. There is no separate device fee. Renewals are confirmed manually before a new billing period; this website does not automatically charge you.
Setup and support
Basic remote onboarding is included: an introduction to setup, roles and the daily workflow. Data entry, custom migration, onsite visits and custom development require a separate written quote. Support hours are Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00 Bangladesh time, excluding public holidays. We aim to reply within two business days; this is a target, not a guaranteed resolution time.
Cancel without another renewal
Tell us by WhatsApp or email before the next billing period that you want to cancel. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless you request earlier closure. Cancellation does not by itself refund a period already paid for. Ask for available records before access ends.
First-payment refund
If the product is not a fit, request a refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment. The first subscription payment, including its staff charges, is refundable. Separately agreed work already delivered is excluded. We aim to process approved refunds within ten business days; payment-provider processing may take longer. Later periods are not routinely refundable, but duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected.
Accounts, records and service limits
Use a separate account for each staff member and protect passwords and approval PINs. Check your opening figures, tax settings and daily records. Selling requires an internet connection. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a completed backup-restore drill. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law requires. Any changed commercial terms will be shared before your next agreed renewal.
